Job Openings

Pizzaiolos/Pizza Makers

Pizzaiolos manage multiple, simultaneous processes —from dough and ingredient prep to cooking pizza in our stone conveyor or traditional deck ovens.  A good pizzaiolo makes excellent pizzas, with well-balanced ingredients and cooked properly.

Line Cooks

Line Cooks prepare food to our exact specifications and set up stations for menu. Line Cook duties consist of assisting the kitchen manager/chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.  Ability to double as assistant kitchen manager/sous chef a plus.

Cold Prep Cooks

Cold prep cooks perform a variety of culinary duties associated with the preparation and presentation of hot & cold food items such as some of our small plates, our salads, and our paninis.


Dishwashers wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwasher. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.


Restaurant Servers and Bartenders are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining and drinking experiences. At all times, servers and bartenders are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

The right person will be passionate about food/beverage and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server and/or Bartender in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting. 


A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service and high standards. The Host/Hostess also greet Guests upon arrival, inform Guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, enter Guest names into the computer system, show Guests to their table and bid Guests farewell as they leave.

A Host/Hostess must be able to carry natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. Additionally, the Host cares for our Guests by refilling beverages and performs light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus and ensures restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly. As a member of an energetic team, the Host/Hostess may also need to answer the phones and fill to-go orders when needed. Availability must include nights and weekends.

Bussers & Food Runners

Bussers responsible for discretely clearing away the empty plates and dishes from tables during the course of a patron's meal. They are responsible for being unobtrusive in the way they approach diners, so as to not interrupt the meal. They discretely inquire about whether a customer has finished with a beverage, side dish, main course or dessert, and then they carefully move that dish away without allowing food or drinks to spill on the table or on the diners. Bussers may also wipe up spilled food and crumbs, and refill water glasses.

Runners are responsible for transporting food, beverages, condiments and utensils to diners outside of or in coordination with the deliveries made by the waiter or waitress. For example, a runner may be asked to provide extra napkins, deliver a bottle of steak sauce or alert the waitstaff if the table needs additional service. Runners also assist in helping transport ordered food and beverages to the table, at the direction of waitstaff. Their role helps ensure that everyone gets their food delivered hot, and at the same time.

Pizza/Gelato Counter Order Taker/Cashier

Pizza/Gelato Counter Order Taker/Cashier is responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders for pizza or gelato, taking phone orders, ringing up pick up orders on register.  This person is responsible for scooping Gelato into containers for Guests.
